Donna Palladino – Ride Like a Pro

Hi, I am Donna Palladino, wife to the “Motorman” from Ride Like a Pro. I am 54 years old and have been riding for ten years.

I had always loved motorcycles, but it was after Jerry became a motor officer that I decided I’d sign up for the MSF class and ride my own. I passed the class in December, 1998 and never looked back. I will admit, it did not come easy.

It was very challenging for me, as I have had two total hip replacements, four revisions and spinal cord surgery; the fear factor set in and I never thought I’d ever quite get the hang of riding.  I was determined to ride and ride well, I got over my fears and took control!

Jerry taught me the proper techniques that are necessary to become the skilled and confident rider I need to be out there, an honestly, riding has been the best thing I’ve ever done for me in my life.

As my skills and confidence improved, Jerry added me to our rider skills shows that he performs around the country at the many motorcycle events and rallies.

Watching the crowds observe myself and my fellow female team members riding our 800 lb. motorcycles and handling them like toys, is inspiring. They see that women can ride with all the skill and confidence required to becoming a professional rider.

Our business has been a blessing to not only me, but to the thousands of riders that have mastered the techniques and call to thank Jerry for their new found skills and confidence. I love what I do, I love meeting all the fantastic riders from all over the Country and I love encouraging all lady riders to pursue their dreams of riding. If I can do it, so can they!
